As a former CIA employee with a 30-year background in technical communication and federal proposal writing, she has an in-depth understanding of the specialized skills and tradecrafts within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). She has written more than 1,000 classified and unclassified résumés that have played a key role in helping the IC and DoD sectors secure billions in federal contracts. As an active member of the résumé writing community, Linda stays on the cutting edge of résumé content and design, and has contributed to the PARWCC and the professional development of the trade as part of their CPRW Certification Board since 2017. She also served as a panel member for the 2019 PARWCC International Conference résumé writing contest and authored PARWCC’s résumé exams in 2018 and 2021.
Linda holds an M.A. in Professional Writing (summa cum laude) from Liberty University and a B.A. in English, Professional Writing and Rhetoric (magna cum laude) from George Mason University.
